Truly gluten-free savory snacks
Savory snacks are among the hardest foods for celiacs to eat out: they usually contain wheat flour and are fried in shared oil. Our gluten-free snacks are made in a kitchen that uses only gluten-free ingredients, with cross-contamination-free production.
The menu includes coxinha, pastel, cheese balls, risoles and empadinha (mini pies), plus snacks with vegan or meat filling. The snack dough contains no animal milk, and the pastel and cheese balls come with a lactose-free or vegan cheese option.
Gluten-free sweets
Our gluten-free sweets include brigadeiro, beijinho, casadinho, olho de sogra, camafeu, queijadinha, pavlova, cake in a jar, cookies and lactose-free pudding (600 g or 1 kg). For those watching sugar there are Low Carb and Zero Sugar options, such as the low carb chocolate cookie.

Gluten-free pasta: lasagna, gnocchi and savory pies
For lunch and dinner we make gluten-free pasta: lasagna and sweet potato gnocchi, plain or stuffed with mozzarella, sold by the kilo. There are also savory pies in 500 g portions: quiche, with a vegan or lactose-free cheese option, and chicken pie.
Together with our gluten-free pizza, they make a full gluten-free meal without cooking everything at home. Delivery in Ribeirão Preto and the surrounding area.
Party snacks, sweets and cakes, gluten-free
Birthdays, family gatherings or school snacks: with gluten-free sweets and snacks, celiacs do not need to bring separate food, and everyone else enjoys the same flavor.
Snacks come in party size, in portions of 6, and party-size empadinhas in portions of 5. Party sweets are made to order.
